Packing up my food in boxes for shipment to the AT. It's a lot of work, but when I'm out there eating my garden spaghetti sauce and other delightful homemade food, it's going to be so worth it!! I'm thankful to have the time to do this because I'm not typically a boxed food kinda girl, I cook!! Can't wait to be done with this though...it's a long and drawn out process for sure.

Boxes and boxes...
